Wraparound Care Update for St John’s Families

From September 2026, St John’s will move to an external wraparound provider, Activeme360, offering a refreshed and more flexible programme for families.

Our refreshed wraparound model has been designed to provide families with greater flexibility and an enhanced experience for children. The programme includes:

• Mission Active - a professionally coached after‑school sports or creative club immediately after the school day.

• Explorer Zone - relaxed, child‑led extended care until 5:30pm.

• Base Camp - a final wind‑down session from 5:30pm to 6:00pm for families requiring a later collection.

Families can book the sessions they need for each day of the week, creating a personalised package that fits around work patterns and family routines.

Although our new wraparound provision begins in September, families are being offered the chance to book early. Any bookings made before 1 August 2026 will be charged at Activeme’s current prices - the same rates enjoyed by families already using their existing venues. From 1 August 2026, new pricing will apply to all new bookings and attached.

We hope this refreshed model will offer the flexibility and quality families need, while ensuring a sustainable and high‑quality wraparound offer for the future.

Breakfast club: 7:30am – 8:40am

Afterschool club: 3:10pm – 6:00pm (options available for earlier pickup at a reduced rate)
