Wraparound Care Update for St John’s Families

Our Breakfast Club, After School Clubs and Wrap Around Care are all led by ActiveMe 360.

 

 Booking Information
Families can reserve slots through ActiveMe 360 via their booking website or QR code below. Payment options include card, Tax-Free Childcare, and childcare vouchers.

 

Available Sessions
The service operates throughout the school year (excluding inset days):

• Launch Pad (Breakfast Club) £8 – from 7:30am: Help your child start the day settled and ready, with a light breakfast included.

• Mission Active (After School Club) £8 – 3:10–4:30pm: A different sport or creative activity each day, with a light fruit-based snack included.

• Explorer Zone (Extended Care) £7 – 4:30–5:30pm: A relaxed, child-led wind-down session for those staying on after Mission Active with a meat free savoury snack included.

• Base Camp (Extended Care) £2 – 5:30–6pm: Quiet games and free play in a calm, supervised setting while children wait for collection.

Autumn Term 26 - Mission Active After School Club Timetable:

• Monday: Dodgeball / Arts & Crafts
• Tuesday: Racket Sports / Fun with Food
• Wednesday: Basketball / Science & Nature
• Thursday: Multi-Sports / Imaginative Play & Construction
• Friday: Football / Global Explorers

 

Food and Dietary Needs
Light snacks are included during the Mission Active (fruit only) and Explorer Zone (meat free light snack) sessions; they are not a main meal. Parents should inform the programme of dietary requirements when setting up their booking account.
